Terms & Conditions
- The order is only valid for the product mentioned
- Orders cannot be combined with any other vouchers, promotions or gift certificates.
- Orders cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
- Delivery charge is Rs. 150/- only.
- Orders will be delivered within 48-72 hrs. However, you will receive a confirmation by text message regarding delivery. (This may vary during curfew period due to COVID-19 situation).
- In the event of an error whether technical or human, Fresh Harvest reserves the right to cancel any order placed by the customer at any time at its sole discretion and refund the payment back to the customer.
- Once confirmation of a transaction is sent to the customer, orders cannot be cancelled and any returns will not be accepted.
- Any issue related to any product or service should be brought to the notice of Fresh Harvest within same day of the purchase.
- If a customer selects ‘Bank transfer’ as payment option, orders will be scheduled for delivery only upon receipt of payment. The ‘order number’ should be mentioned at the time of payment and shared with us for confirmation.
- The user is responsible for providing accurate information at the time of registration.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that details are updated and current.
- In the event that a user does not provide correct and accurate information the order will not be processed.
- Fresh Harvest reserves the right to terminate user membership at any time if breach of these terms and conditions take place.
